Rest Stop on the Spiritual Highway

Hey, everybody! Hugs from Top of the Rock, at Rockefeller Center in New York City!

I’m so excited to say hello to everyone, and I’m sorry it’s been so long since my last Positivity Points.

I wanted to talk about, today, an analogy I came up with while teaching a Reiki class a couple of weeks ago.

We live this life, in this physical body where we’re at, as just one piece of where we’re living and traveling on what I call our spiritual highway. This particular life is basically just a “rest stop” on that spiritual highway. And others share that spiritual highway with us.

So today, I’d like everyone to think about, “What do I want my ‘rest stop’ to be?"

"Do I want it to be beautiful and welcoming and comforting?"

"Do I want it to be the windows boarded up, closed up?"

"Do I want this ‘rest top’, this life, to be somewhere I can sit and love myself and be at peace?”

So what I’d like everyone to think about today, is what they want their “rest stop", in this lifetime, to be on our amazing spiritual highway.
